    On November 2, 2008, Gibbons was arrested on drug charges. She had reportedly attempted to obtain prescription drugs fraudulently. Gibbons was arrested on similar charges in August 2008. Gibbons will appear in court in December regarding the August charges. The drug charges included obtaining drugs by fraud, illegal possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance, obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresenting herself as a physician and obtaining property by false pretense.
