Katamari Damacy

Katamari Damacy is a puzzle-action video game developed and published by Namco for Sony's PlayStation 2 video game console.It features a tiny prince who is assigned to roll objects around him up into a ball, called a katamari, and turn them into stars. While the appeal of this game to the US was initially questioned, the game sold quickly and has developed a large US fan base.

Katamari Damacy features a strange and quirky story to suit its unique gameplay elements. In the game, the King of the Universe accidentally destroyed all the stars in the sky. In order to fix the problem, he sent his son, the Prince of the Universe, to roll up katamaris or clumps which will be turned into replacement stars.
