Kat DeLuna is a Dominican-American singer who is quickly rising to stardom on the strength of her smash hit "Whine Up". Her debut album, 9 Lives, was released in August of 2007. Kat DeLuna is currently working on her sophomore album which has a tentative early 2010 release date.
