    Their self-titled debut was released on September 13, 2004. The album peaked at #4 on the U.K. charts. During the recording of the bands sophomore album, Empire, songwriter Christopher Karloff was asked to leave the band. Karloff was later replaced by Ian Matthews. Empire went straight to #1 in the U.K. when it was released in August 28, 2006. The album has sold over 800,000 copies worldwide.
