Karl Rove served as a Senior Advisor and White House Deputy Chief of Staff under President George W. Bush from 2001 through August 2007. Rove currently works as a pundit and political analyst for publications, including Newsweek, and Fox News Channel.

Rove was one of the President's most trusted advisors from 2001 to 2007, and was a frequent attendee at meetings concerning Iraq War planning. Rove has been named in nearly every scandal during Bush's tenure, including the Valerie Plame affair, the U.S. Attorney firings, the Jack Abramoff scandal, and most recently, the conviction and incarceration of former Democratic Governor of Alabama, Don Siegelmann.
