  • Chapter 9 - Retomoto Tower

    1. Go right and mow down all the guards next to the helicopter. Be sure to have your team nearby in case they charge you.
    2. Go to the edge of the building and rappel all the way down. After you place the bomb, you have seven seconds to run to the side.
    3. After it blows, kill any remaining people in the room and then get the briefcase. Go up to the door and take cover behind the pillar.
    4. TIP: The door will start breaking open, and once it does, immediately throw a grenade out to kill the guards that will try to storm the room. There will be one guard to the left and one to the right. Pop out of the corner and kill one, then the other.
    5. Take cover behind the statues and use blind fire as you move around the building. Once a floor is cleared, go down to the next and repeat.
    6. NOTE: Ignore the cowering citizens, as they are a waste of ammo. Also, the SAW machine gun seems like a good weapon to pick up, but it runs out of ammo quickly.
    7. When you get to the bottom, order your men to attack and they will handle anyone left. Get everyone to the elevator.

  • Chapter 10 - Tokyo Streets

    1. TIP: Once the chapter starts, do not try to pretend you are a citizen and walk out. Stay on the next floor and kill any police in the area.
    2. Once on the bottom floor, move to the door.
    3. TIP: Place the man with the machine gun on the door, and the other two behind the pillars. Kill any cops you see and be sure to throw out smoke grenades.
    4. Once it seems clear, head left. Take cover behind the cars and kill the snipers on the overpass first or have your men do it.
    5. Keep moving down the street, taking out any police as you go. Always use cover and watch your back to see if you are being flanked.
    6. Once down the street, go right and shoot as many SWATs as you can and then go down the stairs.
    7. Position your men along the buses and shoot down any enemies across the street, then try to flank the buses. Three or four cops will come down the stairs behind you, so be prepared.
    8. Cross the bus depot and throw a grenade or two at the three police with shields.
    9. Once you see the black van, sprint to it and forget the rest of the enemies.

  • Chapter 11 - Freedom Fighters

    1. Try to kill a few soldiers down below that are out in the open as the level starts, then turn around and go down the stairs where you meet up with your allies.
    2. Position each of them so they are spread apart, and can cover each other as you slowly work your way forwards.
    3. TIP: Use your whole screen to see all of the enemy soldiers, they are everywhere. Take out the machine gunner on the top left window in the church. Any direction you pick, you will come across a large amount of enemies. Grenades aren't too useful since they are spread out. Keep calm and take your time to pick off one enemy at a time.
    4. Move forward from cover to cover and take out the machine gunner on the right side of the church.
    5. Once this area is clear, go around the left side of the church to find even more enemies waiting for you. First, shoot the explosive barrel on the balcony to the left, and then just take down the rest. If you've gotten this far, it shouldn't be too hard.
    6. Go right from the stairs and grab the rocket launcher. Go down the side of the building and you will see an armored vehicle (BTR) through the window of the cafe. Shoot it through this window, then go back, pick up another RPG, and shoot it again. Do this one more time and it will explode.
    7. Pick up a gun or grenade launcher, and talk to the rebel in the room to the left. You will now get twelve rebels, three following each of your men. Get ready, because this is one of the most difficult parts of the game.
    8. TIP: If you have a grenade launcher, use it to first blow up anyone in the room across the street to the right, and then the mounted machine gun across the street to the left- you can also use grenades.
    9. A helicopter will come, and after it does, there are two ways to do this.
    10. Take all your men and start your advance on the enemies ahead. If you do this, get on the mounted gun on the other side of the statue and take out the military cars while you position your men to take cover. Then move forward and finish off the last of the soldiers.
    11. Try to shoot down the helicopter so you can do step A, but without fire from the helicopter. This is extremely difficult and frustrating and you will most likely need a series of tries. There is a rocket launcher behind some sandbags and a SAW behind the mounted machinegun.
    12. Either way you do this, continue down the street and go left. Three men will run across, but mow them all down before they make it to cover. Then go right and down the street and into the building on the right.
