Amge was born with a form of Dwarfism called Achondroplasia and will not grow any taller than her current height. Because of her small size, she has to have her clothing and jewelry specially made for her. She also has to sleep in a tiny bed and use utensils that are smaller than average.

Despite her small size, she attends a school in Nagpur, India, and has her own small desk and chair. She said the other students don't treat her any differently. In fact, Amge gets treated like a celebrity in her town, and she admits to enjoying all of the attention.

Amge has said she dreams of becoming a Bollywood actress one day, given her love for DVDs and fashion.
