  • Football Career

    Miller began his career playing college football with the Clemson Tigers, where he played three seasons before declaring eligible for the NFL. He was drafted 25th overall in the 2005 NFL draft by the New York Jets. Miller made his NFL debut that same year, playing in all 16 regular season games with the Jets and recording 42 tackles. His stats improved in 2006, totaling 52 tackles in 16 games with New York. He was selected as an All-Pro as well as for his first Pro Bowl selection in 2006. Miller was injured two games into the 2007 season, suffering a season-ending knee injury. He returned to the Jets in 2008, playing a single game before he was waived.NFL.com: Justin Miller
