Background
Justin Hammer is an evil millionaire who finances supervillain organizations with his vast wealth. He also builds weapons with his Hammer Industries, similar to the superhero Tony Stark. At one time, Hammer stole Starks' company, Stark Technology, and distributed the weapons and armor to various villiains. Hammer also employs others to carry out crimes or as bodyguards to maintain his clean criminal record.
