Justin Guarini is an American singer-songwriter and actor who came in second place on season one of American Idol, losing out to Kelly Clarkson on the series finale. He later co-starred with Clarkson in the film From Justin To Kelly. He released his self-titled debut album in June 2003. His second album Stranger Things Have Happened was co-produced by Guarini and released in December 2005. He has also worked with David Hughes on Foreign Shores. Guarini is currently contestant on the third season of Gone Country.
Acting Career
Aside from From Justin to Kelly, Guarini could be seen in the musical Good Vibrations at Vassar College. He has also appeared in the independent films Fast Girl, The Unknown: Frankie The Squirrel, Mafioso II: The Son and the short film Tilt-a-Whirl.
Guarini's television appearances include FilmFakers, Run of the House and guest hosting/co-hosting duties for shows like Live! with Regis and Kelly, VH1's Top 20 Countdown, U Pick 'Em and Too Short for Hollywood.
