During a July 24, 2008, game between the Peoria Chiefs and the Dayton Dragons, a fight erupted after Castillo threw several balls at the players that were batting. After one batter was hit, the managers of each team ran onto the field shouting. Castillo then attempted to throw a fastball into the bullpen of the Dragons, but it instead hit a fan in the head. The fan was taken to a local hospital, where the unnamed fan was treated and released. Each team's players rushed the field and a physical brawl followed. Castillo was immediately arrested on felony assault charges and taken to a Dayton-area jail. He could face up to 16 years in prison if convicted of all charges. The New York Times: Felony Charge...
