Julie Myers

    In October 2007, Myers and the Department she represents came under fire for holding a Halloween costume party where some attendants wore racially-insensitive garb. A Department photographer snapped Myers and a white Homeland Security Department employee dressed in prison stripes, dreadlocks and dark makeup.
