Career Highlights
After college, Bowen had several single episode roles on a variety of television shows. Her first breakout role came in 1983 on the soap opera Loving. She went on to appear in the 1996 comedy film Happy Gilmore opposite Adam Sandler and had a recurring role on ER. Starting in 2000, Bowen starred on five seasons of the comedy television show Ed. Bowen was on five episodes of the popular drama Lost and appeared on Boston Legal for three seasons.
