Julianne Hough

Julianne Hough is an aspiring country music singer, a professional dancer and regular on the ABC reality series Dancing with the Stars. Hough and partner Helio Castroneves won the show's fifth season - her second victory on the series - by beating out the team of Melanie Brown and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

In 2009, Hough won the "Best New Female" vocalist from the Academy of Country Music and on April 5, 2009, she also won "Top New Artist."

After being eliminated during week eight, Hough announced she was leaving DWTS and will not return anytime in the near future. She made these claims at the end of season 7 but changed her mind when her boyfriend Chuck Wicks was asked to join the celebrity cast. On February 23, 2009, People reported that Hough and her boyfriend Chuck Wicks would be partners for the eighth season of Dancing with the Stars.
