Philadelphia police issued an Amber Alert for Julia Rakoczy, age 9, on May 26, 2009 after her mother, Bonnie Sweeten, called 911, saying that she and her daughter were the victims of a carjacking. On May 27, Sweeten was spotted on surveillance tape, boarding a plane at Philadelphia International Airport under a stolen identity.
