Judy Hsu is a television anchor at the ABC affiliate WLS-Channel 7 in Chicago, Illinois. On October 13, 2009, a pregnant Hsu gave birth to a baby boy in a car on Chicago's busy Eisenhower Expressway. Hsu and her husband were attempting to make it to Northwestern Hospital, but when they realized it might be too late they pulled over along the expressway and successfully delivered the child.
