Former HarperCollins publisher Judith Regan filed a $100 million lawsuit against News Corp. (owners of HarperCollins), alleging that, in 2004, a senior executive urged her to lie to federal prosecutors about a past affair with New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik. The two parties have reached an undisclosed settlement.
