    Joy Bauer's nutrition program for those participating in the Joy Fit Club allows women 1400 calories per day. For men, 1800 to 2200 calories daily are allowed.     There are more than 40 menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast offers up to 300 calories, lunch allows up to 400 and dinner menu options are approximately 500 calories. Up to two snacks per day of approximately 100 to 200 calories are allowed. No starch is allowed for the first week of the program; the emphasis is on high protein foods. For beverages, Joy Fit Club diet followers are allowed non-caloric drinks such as water (which is highly encouraged).
