Josh Nochimson is a former National Basketball Association and sports agent and sports manager for the University of Connecticut.

Nate Miles Scandal
Nochimson, acting on behalf of the UConn Huskies basketball team, allegedly provided then-prospect Nate Miles with lodging, transportation, meals and representation between 2006 and 2008. Miles joined the Huskies for one season, in 2008, but was later expelled after he was convicted of violating a restraining order.ESPN.com: Report: UConn Exceeded Call LimitsAccording to reports, the UConn coaches knew of the contact between Miles and Nochimson, as records showed at least 1,565 phone and text messages made between the two parties. UConn coaches also reportedly made improper contact with Miles himself, calling him up to 27 times in a month. Richard Hamilton Scandal
In 2008, Nochimson was accused of stealing between $500,000 and $1 million from Detroit Pistons guard Richard Hamilton. Nochimson represented Hamilton prior to the allegation and reportedly used Hamilton's credit cards without his permission.
