American actor Josh Hartnett has starred in many movies such as Black Hawk Down and Pearl Harbor. He started in television commercials and small plays, and his first big role was Halloween H20: 20 Years Later in 1998.
Hartnett was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital by ambulance on March 30, 2009, after complaining of stomach pains. Mini Bio
After graduating from South High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Hartnett went on to attend The Conservatory of Theatre Arts & Film at SUNY Purchase. Hartnett's first significant acting role came in a TV show called Cracker, which only lasted 14 episodes. He was just getting started however, as he would go on to star opposite Jamie Lee Curtis in Holloween: H2O. Hartnett also starred in the high school horror film The Faculty before being named one of Teen People magazine's "21 Hottest Stars Under 21." Hartnett starred in Pearl Harbor, Black Hawk Down and 40 Days and 40 Nights on his way to becoming one of People Magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People" in 2002. Since 2002, Hartnett has appeared in several notable movies, including Wicker Park, Sin City and Lucky Number Slevin.
