Personal
Jonathan Stroud grew up near London, England, where his family moved when he was six. He was often hospitalized due to illness, and says that reading was a welcome escape. Stroud started writing while still in school, creating simple board games and comics, but soon found he enjoyed writing poetry and plays.Official Site: About Jonathan StroudCareer
After graduating from college, Stroud took a position at Walker Books as an editor, assisting other authors with various aspects of their work.
