  • Jonathan Brandis was an American actor that had acted in several films and television shows throughout his career. His television debut was a reoccurring role on the popular soap opera One Life to Live when he was only six years old. He appeared in numerous television shows including Full House and Who's the Boss?. His first notable starring film role was in The Never Ending Story II in 1990. In 1992 he starred alongside Rodney Dangerfield in the comedy Ladybugs.
  • Death

    On November 11, 2003, Brandis tried to commit suicide by hanging himself. His friends found him and cut him down from the rope and the paramedics were called. Unfortunately, the next day Brandis was pronounced dead. Apparently he was depressed about his unsuccessful acting career. He told friends that he was hopeful that his appearance in 2002 film Hart's War would help his career, but his scene was cut from the film.
