Jon Lovitz

Jon Lovitz is an American comedian, voice talent, and film and television actor. He was part of the regular cast of Saturday Night Live from 1985 -- 1990.

Lovitz was instrumental in getting his friend Phil Hartman a slot on the cast of Saturday Night Live by recommending Hartman to Lorne Michaels. He also provided encouragement and support for Lisa Kudrow, and subsequently appeared twice on Kudrow's popular situation comedy, Friends.
