JoJo Simmons

Reality television star and aspiring rapper Joseph "JoJo" Simmons Jr. is the oldest son of Run DMC founder Reverend Run Simmons. Performing under the stage name "Make It Happen," Simmons is a member of the rap group Team Blackout. He also appeared on the MTV reality show Run's House.MTV: JoJo Simmons

On May 8, 2009, Simmons was reportedly arrested in New York City for possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, attempted reckless endangerment and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Simmons, along with his father, step mother Justine Simmons, two sisters and two step-brothers appeared on the MTV reality television show Run's House, starting in 2005. The show last aired new episodes in 2008, but Simmons' sisters, Angela and Vanessa, went on to film their own reality show, Daddy's Girls, on which Simmons made guest appearances.MTV: JoJo Simmons

Run's House spotlighted the life of the Simmons family, including JoJo Simmons' desire to follow his father and become a rapper. Simmons is one third of the rap group Team Blackout, along with "Conscious" and "LP". Team Blackout released their first single "J5 on Em'" in 2008, with their first album Lights Out following.
