John Wetteland is a former Major League Baseball pitcher and the bullpen coach for the Seattle Mariners. Wetteland pitched for 11 years in the majors for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Montreal Expos, New York Yankees and Texas Rangers. On November 12, 2009, Wetteland was hospitalized in Denton County, Texas for a mental health issue.
