John Tesh is a television host, radio personality and contemporary Christian recording artist. Although John Tesh has been a multi-instrumentalist since he was six years old, his first experience in |show business came in front of television cameras. After working as a television news anchor in several markets, he landed the co-host position on the tabloid news series Entertainment Tonight from 1986 to 1996.
Tesh launched his music career as a sideline to his work on television by performing as a keyboardist in Yanni's touring band in 1987. He produced a dozen albums before quitting Entertainment Tonight in 1996 to pursue music full time.
