Career
After drawing romance comics for DC Comics in the 1950s and 1960s, Romita moved to Marvel, where he collaborated with Jack Kirby on Daredevil.
In 1966, he drew for The Amazing Spider-Man, for which he was a mainstay artist until 1973. During his time working on the series, he introduced several characters to Spider-Man storylines.
