John Kruk is a retired Major League Baseball player, currently an analyst for ESPN's Baseball Tonight.
Career
John Kruk made his Major League debut in 1986 with the San Diego Padres. In 1987, Kruk finished the season with a batting average of .313 with 20 Home Run and 91 RBI.
Kruk was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies in 1989 where he soon became an All-Star. Kruk helped the Phillies reach the World Series in 1993. Although the Phillies lost, Kruk had a .348 batting average and .500 on-base percentage in the series.
Kruk signed with the Chicago White Sox in 1995, playing his last game on July 30th after 10 years in the Majors. After retiring, Kruk became a baseball analyst for ESPN.
