John Graziano was a passenger in Nick Hogan's car on Sunday, August 26, 2007, when the two were involved in a high speed car crash. Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail for felony reckless driving. The Aftermath
In June 2008, private home video footage was given to Nancy Grace and aired exclusively on CNN. The footage showed Graziano's daily struggle with life and the extent to which he needs specialized care.
On October 9, 2007, a press release went out noting that Graziano would need to be cared for in a nursing home for the rest of his life.
