John Deeks, a 35-year-old man from London, was spotted off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa, where he was pulled out of the water by rescuers. Deeks was reportedly without a pulse for 40-60 minutes before being resuscitated by a doctor who was sunbathing on the beach.
