Emily Leatherman, was arrested for stalking actor, John Cusack, on March 30, 2008 according to sources. Police were called to Malibu road by a taxi driver when a passenger reportedly refused to pay her cab fare. When authorities arrived to the scene, they were flagged down by Cusack saying that was the woman that had been stalking him. Sources say that Leatherman was arrested on charges of suspicion of felony stalking, petty theft, and violating a restraining order. She had previosly been arrested and violated a restraining order that Cusack had taken out against her earlier.
