Professional basketball forward Joe Smith plays in the National Basketball Association for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

College Basketball Career
Prior to playing professionally, Smith played college basketball with the Maryland Terrapins. During his two seasons with the Terrapins, he averaged 20.1 points, 10.7 rebounds and 2.9 blocks. Smith was honored with the Named National Collegiate Player of the Year award, as well as All-American and ACC Player of the Year honors. -
