Washington Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs is the founder and chairman for Youth For Tommarow which is an organization design to help at risk youth. He currently owns and operates the Championship NASCAR team Joe Gibbs Racing with drivers Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch and Joey Logano.
Gibbs led the Washington Redskins to three Super Bowl championships and one of the best winning percentages in NFL history. He founded Joe Gibbs Racing in 1992, which has since won the NASCAR Championship three times. In 1996, Gibbs was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
