Jodie Foster's stalker was arrested on March 11, 2008 on charges of mailing a bomb threat letter that mentioned Jodie Foster's name to an airport in Los Angeles. He has been sending Foster similar threatening letters since 2004. If convicted, he could get up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The stalker has been identified as Michael Smegal, from Holliston, Massachusetts.
