Ex-Yankee, Jim Leyritz, is being sued for wrongful death by the family of Fredia Ann Veitch, the Florida woman he's accused of killing in a drunken driving crash on December 28, 2008. Leyritz, ran a red light and crashed into Fredia Veitch's vehicle. His blood-alcohol level was above the legal limit. Leyritz pleaded not guilty to felony manslaughter charges.
