Rape Allegations
Gibbons was recently sued by a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas, who claims Gibbons threatened to rape her in 2006. The woman, Chrissy Mazzeo, reported the incident to police, but no charges were filed due to a lack of evidence. In December 2006, Gibbons met and had a few drinks with cocktail waitress Chrissy Mazzeo at a bar in Las Vegas. He then offered to walk her to her car. According to Mazzeo, he shoved her against a wall in the garage and said he would rape her. Mazzeo said she manage to escape. She reported the incident to police, but no charges were filed due to a lack of evidence. Mazzeo claims several people attempted to interfere in the investigation.
