Jim Gaffigan is an American actor, writer and comedian. He has made appearances in Sierra Mist commercials, and his current role as Andy Franklin in the TBS sitcom My Boys. He is also the writer, star and producer of the online cartoon series Pale Force.

Welcome To New York
In 1999, David Letterman asked Gaffigan to develop a sitcom entitled Welcome to New York for Letterman's World Wide Pants production company. The show aired for only 13 episodes between 2000 and 2001.
