Jim Broadbent

English film, television and theater actors Jim Broadbent was cast for the role of Horace Slughorn in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince film and as Indiana Jones' academic colleague in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. He is currently serving as president of the Lindsey Rural Players.

Broadbent began his career in the theater after attending the. London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. His film debut was in 1978 in The Shout, and he has since gone in to film The Borrowers, Little Voice, Bullets Over Broadway and more.
