• Jill Hennessy is a Canadian film and television actress and a singer. She appeared in 68 episodes of Law & Order as A.D.A. Claire Kincaid and starred in the show Crossing Jordan as Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh.

  She graduated from Grand River Collegiate Institute in Kitchener, Ontario and at one time played guitar and sang in the Toronto Subway.

  On June 9, 2007, she received a star on Canada's Walk of Fame.
