Jill Cunniff is a founding member of the all-female American indie band Luscious Jackson. She played in punk bands as a teenager and formed Luscious Jackson in New York City in 1991. The band became the first artist on the Beastie Boys' record label Grand Royal Records, and continued recording and performing untyil 2000. Some of her other musical projects have included The Kostars and Cooler Kids.
In 2007, Cunniff released her first solo album, City Beach.
