Jesus Quotes

Jesus of Nazareth, a Hebrew teacher, healer, philosopher and martyr, is the central figure in Christianity. Christians view Jesus as a divine being, and he serves as the messiah for most branches of the faith. Jesus is believed to have been the son of Joseph and the Virgin Mary. Outside of christianity, other religions commonly view Jesus as a prophet. The majority of Jesus' teachings can be found in the four canonical gospels.
