The body of 21-year-old of Jessy B. Lauer-Richardson was found on September 21, 2009, in the North Carolina apartment that she shared with her husband, 22-year-old Marine Cpl. Cody Daniel Richardson, of Camp Lejeune's 2nd Marine Regiment. Cpl. Richardson was arrested on Tuesday, September 22, 2009, and charged with first-degree murder.
