Jessica McClintock is a popular fashion designer who loves to create the feel of romance. She attended Boston University in 1950, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University in 1963. Her grandmother, who was a seamstress, taught her everything when she was very young. She took everything her grandmother and school taught her and became a fashion ikon.

Rykiel wanted to become a teacher, but in 1969 she and her young son moved to California. That is when she bought the Gunne Sax clothing company, which later lead her to create the company now known as Jessica McClintock, Inc. They sell lots of items, like clothing, clothing accessories, eyeglasses, bridal wear, and home decor items.
