Jessica Hardy is a 21-year-old swimmer who set the world record for the 100m breaststroke with a time of 1 minute and 6.20 seconds in 2005. Hardy qualified to compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics for the 50m freestyle and 100m breaststroke competitions. On July 23, Hardy reportedly tested positive for a banned substance.
