She is the author of Juicy: Confessions of a Former Baseball Wife, which was released after her ex-husband, Jose Canseco, wrote Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant 'Roids, Smash Hits, and How Baseball Got Big. Jessica Conseco is now married to plastic surgeon and Extreme Makeover personality Garth Fisher and works in Beverly Hills as an image consultant and aesthetician.
