Jesse Levis, a scout for the Boston Red Sox was charged with performing lewd and lacivious acts in front children under 16. Levis was in his hotel room, in front of a window overlooking the pool area, when he was observed by two young teenage girls. He was asked to leave the hotel when his behavior was reported, and later arrested at another hotel.
