Jesse James, formerly of Monster Garage, is being sued for fraud. Allegedly, he released a clothing line through Wal-Mart called Jesse James Industrial Workwear. The suit claims that the clothing line was originally supposed to a collaborative effort between James and Fortune Fashion Industries LLC. However, they claim he backed out of the deal, but later launched the clothing line through Wal-Mart following a name change.
