Football Career

Prior to playing in the NFL, Trueblood played college football with the Boston College Eagles. He made 36 starts over his college career, earning second team All-ACC and All-Big East. Following college, Trueblood was selected 59th overall in the 2006 NFL draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He joined the Buccaneers for his NFL debut that same year, making 13 starts.
