Jeremy Bridges

Jeremy Bridges is a football offensive linemen in the NFL for the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals signed Bridges to a three-year contract in March of 2010. Bridges returned to the Cardinals in 2009 after a three-year stint with the Carolina Panthers. He first played with the Cardinals from 2004-05. Bridges' NFL career has been plagued by a pair of off-the-field incidents. On December 7, 2008, Bridges was arrested on assault charges. According to the same report, Bridges was arrested in July 2007 after pointing a gun at a stripper outside a Charlotte, N.C., club. Bridges, then a starting offensive lineman with the Carolina Panthers, was suspended two games by the team. Bridges attended the University of Southern Mississippi, after playing for South Pike High School in McComb, Mississippi.

Bridges played in all 16 regular-season games for the Cardinals, starting four of the last five. The Redskins signed him on May 5, after the Carolina Panthers released him on February 25.

After his arrest and two-game suspension, Bridges appeared in 13 games with 10 starts for the Carolina Panthers.
