  • Jeph Loeb is a comic book, television and film writer. He is the co-executive producer of the NBC television series Heroes. Prior to his work on Heroes, Loeb was a writer for Smallville and Lost.

    In the comic book arena, Loeb has written for a number of major characters including Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Hulk and Captain America. Much of his work has been done in collaboration with the artist Tim Sale, whose work can also be seen in Heroes. Loeb has four Eisner Awards to his credit and is a five-time winner of the Wizard Fan Award.

    Loeb's film work includes a co-writing credit on the screenplays for 1985's Teen Wolf and the Arnold Schwarzenegger film Commando.

    Loeb shares a studio called The Empath Magic Tree House with fellow writers Geoff Johns and Allan Heinberg.
